Hello, I’m Shannon! Born and raised in Vancouver, BC, I grew up surrounded by art and design at home and have always been passionate about drawing, painting, creating sculptures and designing layouts for my bedroom.

The combination of elements that come together to create the perfect design requires a complex consideration of functionality, budget, environment, aesthetics, communication, and more—whatever each unique project requires! This wonderful complexity and the ability to create a beautiful space for a client, is why I chose to become an interior designer.

I am completing my first year in my Interior Design diploma from BCIT. This has provided me with a strong background, technical skills and knowledge to successfully create interior spaces and communicate concepts to clients.

My portfolio showcases the work I have completed thus far in my time at BCIT, as well as some personal projects in graphic design. It demonstrates the artistic and technical skills I gained and learned to developed over the last year, and a look into the creative and visual designs I have created for clients as a graphic designer.
